writing of the WinUSB driver for the HPSDR, in a form of a DLL to allow

that hardware to be used with Winrad.<br>

That DLL needed additional support by Winrad, so I have produced V1.33

of my program, which is just V1.32 with that support added.<br>

No new functions, as I am not continuing the development of Winrad.<br>

I am more than willing to distribute this driver under the LGPL scheme,
