Based on some tests done by me on a virgin laptop and on a report
received by someone who <br>
tested the installer, it looks like sometimes Windows is not fully
convinced that the drivers for Ozy<br>
have been changed...<br>

So, this procedure works always :<br>
<br>
- Install the new WinUSB driver<br>
- Switch off the HPSDR hardware<br>
- Reboot Windows<br>
- Switch HPSDR again on.<br>
<br>
Now the new drivers are firmly in place. A sure test is to try to issue
the initozy11.bat command.<br>
It should fail, as it needs the libusb driver. If instead it runs to
completion, something is wrong.<br>
