If the goal of having the bare PCB would be to save money, you would be

quite right.<br>

But having the PCB on hand could allow to start mounting the parts one

already has<br>

in the junk box, without delays, and to buy locally what is still

missing...<br>

Not everybody buys at DigiKey or Mouser.... where I live, I have at 10

minutes driving<br>

distance a small shop where many electronics component can be found.

And my<br>

junk box is rather full of many Amidon toroids, bought through the

years at the various<br>

ham fest around the country...<br>
