I know that it has been discussed before, but... help!<br><br>

I'm setting up my HPSDR - Ozy and Mercury to begin with.<br>

All boards were tested with a friend months ago, and all was ok.<br>

Now I'm following the instructions in the quick startup guide to update

firmware, and I'm stuck with <br>

<b>Error: Can't access JTAG chain<br>

Error: Operation failed<br><br>

</b>Ozy in slot J5, Mercury in J6, JP7 jumper duly placed. Power supply

seems fine. All software just loaded, all (presumably) up to the last

versions.<br><br>

Tried two times, rebooted, etc. - now what? :-\<br><br>
