That is the way Winrad behaves. Point and click does not move the

displayed spectrum. It moves only when the LO<br>

is changed, i.e. only when a new value is sent out, either to Mercury

or to the Si-570 chip of a Softrock, to position <br>

the center of the displayed spectrum exactly at the new value of the

LO. Inside the displayed spectrum you can tune<br>

with a point and click, with a stationary spectrum.  Matter of

preferences, I guess....<br>
