for the TX capability you should ask the current developers of
Winrad, those who took my source code and continued its development.<br>
About the email being referenced as an URL, that is because it was sent
in HTML only, without the text portion. My error.<br>
You probably read the reflector in digest mode, which converts HTML
messages into an URL reference.<br>
This message is sent both text and HTML so you should be able to read
it directly.<br>
