There just didn't seem to be any need when it was first developed... </div><div>Any and all feed back will be greatly appreciated but basically it will pretty much follow the existing standard.. </div><div>There seems to be Commercial/Academic interest beyond HPSDR and GNURadio to expand the standard so that will help.<br></div><div>If not already set up then the License for the standard can probably be extended to the group... with the possible caveat that it not be used for commercial ventures without re-licensing.
