Hi Maximo,
According to the Atlas Schematic +5VDC pins 4, 6, 19, and 20 are
bridged,
as are ground pins 3, 5, 7, 13, 15, 16 and 17.

The contacts of the 20 pin ATX connector are rated 6 amps each.
That's likely more than the current required by any six HPSDR
boards, so
using one pin is probably enough, but using two would provide some
extra
margin and redundancy.

With Penny, Mercury, Metis, and Excalibur, I measure 1.73 amp on the
+5V power supply.
Hi,

I have almost ready a 5 VDC linear power supply to my HPSDR (for
now just Mercury and Metis).
But I am not sure about ATX Molex connections.
On the 20 pin Molex ATX connector, there are four pins with +5VDC,
pins 4, 16, 19 and 20.
For ground connection are seven pins; 3, 5, 7, 13, 15, 16, and 17.

Do I have to bridge all four positives together? or Can I apply
+5VDC to just one?
I mean, Are the four positives bridged on the Atlas? or Should I
bridge them externally?

Same for the seven ground pins.

Thank you.
