There is some activity afoot implementing amps for 2m based on the
French article in Dubus (magazine?). I came across a VK group that
is actively working on these amps and it was these guys that pointed
me at the Finnish offering for HF. The VK blog was pretty
interesting with some good links mixed in the discussion, some pics
of their amps in development etc. Maybe some of these guys can
offer more info on device characteristics and capabilities,

<p class="MsoNormal">A most interesting approach. Was not able
to find the IMD characteristics from a quick glance. I would
be cautious and find out more. From what I know, the power
output ratings of those high power MOSFET amps from Italy
result from being driven into saturation. The IMD is horrible
if you are considering linear operation for any reason. The
IMD ratings of MOSFET devices aren’t great in general, unless
these newer technology MOSFET devices are fundamentally
different.<o:p></o:p></p>
