<div dir="ltr"><font face="tahoma">I am able to run PowerSDR<a></a> v1.19.4.3<a></a> and communicate with the radio.</font></div>

<div dir="ltr"><font face="tahoma">I have the version of USB-Blaster which has the Program_Mercury-EPCS16.bat<a></a> but the highest option for Altera was v10.1<a></a> SP1. I updated the batch file to include a option for my newer version. When I run the
batch file, the first part of the file runs successfully and I am able to select the version of Altera<a></a> and select the option to upgrade Mercury to v2.0<a></a>. When it attempts to perform the upgrade, I receive the message:</font></div>
