Hello HPSDR Group,

I may be the greatest procrastinator. HI!!
I am finally getting around to building the Pennywhistle Amplifier and am confused about T3.

The schematic plainly shows a primary winding. The assembly manual schematic plainly shows
a primary winding and the description explains the turns ration as matching approximately 12.6 ohms
to 50 ohms. The appendix also says that T3 is supplied assembled. The only winding
on my T3 is a two turn winding made with PTFE insulated wire (green).

I understand that there is an optional winding on T2 but I do not understand what happened
to the primary of T3.

It appears that the primary is center-taped and joins the center-tape of T2.

So, the question is: What is the winding specification for T3 PRIMARY?

I assume that the primary does exist. (?)

Sorry, But I am confused.

73, Bill, wf4r
