As I see it,<br>
LED 3 is on all the time, and LEDs 4,5,6 are off all the time.<br>
LED 7 is on when the 10 MHz PLL is locked<br>
LED 8 is on when the 122.88 MHz PLL is locked<br>
LEDs 9 & 10 blink, for no special reason<br>
LED 11 is on to indicate input signal level is too high, causing
ADC overflow<br>

Since your LED 7 is off, it looks like there's problem with the 10
MHz reference. <br>
In PowerSDR or KISS Konsole (whichever you are using) check the
Setup & see if the 10 MHz selection is correct.<br>
ie, if you don't have the Excalibur 10 MHz reference board, Mercury
should use its own 10 MHz oscillator.<br>

<p class="MsoNormal">On Mercury what does it mean when LEDs 3
and 8 are lit, and 9 and 10 are flashing? All other LEDs light
per user manual. Two Mercury boards display same behavior. Ozy
is on the bus. System has worked in the past. Problem may be
related to jumper setting. What are the default jumper
settings for Mercury?<o:p></o:p></p>
