HPSDR,<div><br></div><div>OK - have finished building Excalibur and am getting the green LED - and it is up and running on my rig.</div><div><br></div><div>I will calibrate it once I borrow Don's (ARRL Ham of the Year) rubidium standard.  But should be +/- 1 Hz as is.</div>
