Dear Roderick,<BR><BR>Angelia uses a 780 pin FBGA chip, unless you have
the assembly capability to mount this chip it would be near impossible to build
the board,<BR><BR>During the proto run we noticed that the reflow oven profile
had to match Altera's recommended profile within a 5% tolerance, also the FPGA
chip is expensive at $340, I can send you a PCB if you still want to try your
hand at assembling Angelia :),<BR><BR>73s,<BR>Abhi<BR>
