on line magazines there was a synthesizer chip 50 to 2700 MHz with phase noise
better than -200dB/Hz. I don't remember the part number or source but I'm
sure it will show up in all the usual rags this month.</DIV>
<DIV style="RIGHT: auto">The price was cheap maybe $11 in small quantities.
Sorry I deleted it but it was impressive. It has an internal VCO but it can be
