Certainly it was very clear to me from the very beginning that the products from Apache Labs were going to be less "commercial" than offerings from other companies. And it does seem to me that, if one has physical limitations one should not pick a product for which those physical limitations are going to pose a problem for normal operation. And I do think it unfair that, if there is a conflict between your abilities and the support for the product, something that was clear from the beginning, you should then insist that the manufacturer adapt to your mistake. </div>

I, and some others, have suggested that if you don't like it, you should do business with another company that better conforms to your model rather than to force your ideas on Apache or the rest of us. I am now going to suggest that you start your own company to make SDR radios that conforms to your desired support model. That way you can be in full control and you will be happy. </div>
