the same network at the same time. I would like to start two
instances of PowerSDR, one for each radio, at the same time.
Both radios are assigned fixed but different addresses. (I am
using DHCP but have my DHCP server configured to always assign
the Hermes board and the Angelia board a fixed address.)

I don't (yet) have an Angelia, but I regularly use both my Hermes
and Metis-based OpenHPSDR systems at the same time. Unless Angelia
looks radically different from a Metis you should have no problem.<br>
I usually use PSDR mRx v3.1.5 with either, but often run a
home-built application based on KissKonsole. The software can be on
different PCs on my LAN, or will run fine on the same machine. I
fact, I can run PSDR v2.6.4 with my Flex-3000 on the same machine
with no issues, except for visual confusion.<br>
My boxen all use DHCP.<br>
