Of course this is totally understandable, I personally was perfectly happy with the old arrangement. I still feel that Apache have done a good job generally, we all appear to have benefitted.<br>

However i have a very recent story about that particular dealer. In the last week I bought a Create RC5A-3P rotator from an officially appointed dealer in the Czech republic. The P variant has a comm port on the controller for computer control. The cost including shipping and insurance to the UK and paypal fees was 780GBP. The same rotator with the standard controller is 1100GBP. The P variant is another 150GBP so there is a difference of 1250 -780 = 470 GBP. That is quite staggering. It's not because of premises, staff and support costs because the company in the Czech Republic also has the same concerns. I did tell them and they weren't interested. <br>
