My picoPSU fit without requiring any grinding, but I notice that some of the later picoPSUs have two larger caps on the side now that make them a bit wider than the earlier versions so perhaps that’s what you have. I can't vouch for it fitting in a Hermes enclosure because I don't have one, but Angelia + PicoPSU does fit in a<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span><a href="http://www.hammondmfg.com/pdf/1455Q1601.pdf" style="color: blue; text-decoration: underline; ">Hammond 1455Q</a>. It is a tight fit, however. The outside of the PicoPSU is just a couple of millimeters too wide.
