      I have an Agilent E4406A VSA which has 100mHz RBW. Yes 0.1 Hz! The
      disadvantage is a maximum span of 10 MHz. So the USB stick could
      be used for spotting and the E4406A for the close in stuff. I have
      a script for taking 10 MHz chunks but it is slow.....<br>
