<p dir="ltr">Hi Greg,</p>
<p dir="ltr">That's great, thanks. All we need now is for Dave to get hold of the Hermes interface requirements.</p>
<p dir="ltr">I believe that the interface specification is changing. And the new interface requirements are about to be released. Any idea when.</p>
<p dir="ltr">To look at the features that myVNA has. Go to the user manual in the following link.</p>
<p dir="ltr"><a href="http://www.g8kbb.co.uk/html/myvna.html">http://www.g8kbb.co.uk/html/myvna.html</a></p>
<p dir="ltr">Features like TDR. Matching tool. RF VI measurements. Crystal motion parameter measurements where the results are placed into a Excel file. To allow you to sort/select crystal for your crystal filter design. And heaps more. Refer to the user manual.</p>
<p dir="ltr">To have this for Hermes/Hermes Lite is a winer. Dave has put so much work into myVNA, we are so lucky. Thanks Dave.</p>

Hi Rod,<br>
<br>
While it is true, as Helmut says, that Phil and Alex have both
provided VNA software that does run with Hermes, neither of these
programs, in my opinion, is quite as refined as myVNA. For this
reason, I would welcome a myVNA version, if Dave would be willing to
write one. Since I do have a Hermes module, I would be willing to
test the interface.<br>
<br>
I have communicated with Dave in previous years, and tested a couple
of modifications that he made to his code, and would be more than
happy to do the same again.<br>

<p dir="ltr">Hi all,</p>
<p dir="ltr">I am also a member of the Hermes Lite group. On the
Hermes Lite group there had been some discussion about VNA
software for Hermes Lite. Dave Roberts G8KBB the author of myVNA
software has indicated that he is willing to write a interface
for Hermes/Hermes Lite. And to modify myVNA to also work with
one detector. It was suggested that the interface should 1st be
written for Hermes as Hermes Lite is not ready for duplex
operation.</p>
<p dir="ltr">Dave needs the interface requirements for Hermes. Is
someone able to supply this information. Also there would be a
requirement for someone to test the VNA operation. I don't have
a Hermes as I have been waiting for Hermes Lite to be developed.
So I am not able to help. Is someone able to work with Dave to
test the interface.</p>
<p dir="ltr">myVNA is a great VNA software with lots of features.
Dave has spent a lot of time developing it and is continually
improving it.</p>
