    <p><font face="Comic Sans MS">I've seen not dissimilar behavior on other
        programs. What may have happened is the M$ updated your system
        to include a new bug. Usually, they will figure out that there
        is a bug and fix it in a week or two with a new update (and
        hopefully no more new bugs!)</font></p>

              this same PC for checking reasons and everything was in
              function with this particular Program (At this time

              with Win7 64 bit to the Radio with Version <span

                data-cmp_parsed_date="2019-02-03">3.2.19</span> and the
              Radio works fine ether!</span></strong></span></p>

              complete recovery of the first PC with two different
