Congratulations, Joe. Enjoy your still active HPSDR boards.
There's life in the old dog yet.

I have the files I used to load Ozy/Mercury firmware if you
guys want them (only 3mb). I edited the USBblaster.bat file to
strip out all reference to the old versions of Quartus and
firmware versions. The only downloadable free version that
supports the Cyclone III is 13.1. The path to the .exe within
Quartus has changed too, so someone without good computer skills
is not going to be a happy camper. I had help from a guru son...

If just the essential files and info to get a receiver working
were posted somewhere it would save a LOT of headaches.

George, you need absolutely no assistance from Apache
Labs to install PowerSDR on a 'modern' computer. Use <a

href="https://github.com/TAPR/OpenHPSDR-PowerSDR"
target="_blank" rel="nofollow" shape="rect"

for access to the win installer.

I've my 'ancient' Mercury for undersampling tests on
VHF and Ozy running without any issue on such a
'modern' computer using PowerSDR 3.4.9 and win 64 bit,
built/version 2004. Ozy-FW is 2.8 and Mercury-FW is
3.4. When the FW-check in settings of
PowerSDR is disabled the program should start as
usual.

If the FW of the Atlas boards is older I would
recommend a cue of my friend Gerd. DL1BAM: open
INITOZY.Bat with the editor and chance in the second
line of the given FW combination 'rem' against 'load'.
If this and FW-check disabl. is done also Joe's system
should start.
