[hpsdr] Mercury Phase Noise

Hi All,
I reran the phase noise tests and got about the same numbers but the audio pops are gone.
Also I see the noise floor of my source on the display clearly showing a phased locked VXO is not clean enough. I tried the reference of my HP8640B but it had some 10 KHz sidebands down about 90 dB so thought it would look for something cleaner. I'll run it again when i find a better source.
It sure is cleaner than any synthesizer. 
I'm up to date on the software and see no real issues yet.
Started collecting parts for the final including a nice Harris Low Pass output board with TR relay, Directional coupler and 8 different filter banks. All 12 volt relay controlled. Looks like it  can handle hundreds of watts. It should work well with the ERBTEC MRF150 board.
