[hpsdr] Come and get it, code's ready!

Just a warning if running my ghpsdr code and running initozy under Linux.

Make sure you get the Ozy_Janus.rbf, ozyfw_sdr1k.hex from
 
svn://206.216.146.154/svn/repos_sdr_windows/PowerSDR/branches/kd5tfd/PennyMerge/bin/Release

and do not use the versions in

svn://206.216.146.154/svn/repos_sdr_hpsdr/trunk/USBBlaster-Binaries

(Maybe we could update the versions in here so we have everything together?)

This code looks good. I have been running a pre-release version of the 
Mercury 2.7 code for some time with no problems.

With the Penelope update I can no go forward and add Penelope support 
for a complete HPSDR transceiver running under Linux ;-)

Thanks to everyone, especially Kirk, for this new firmware release.
