[hpsdr] [ATLAS] Alpha board run status...

Hi group,

The three alpha boards are on their way to me via FedEx from Sierra
Proto Express.  They should arrive tomorrow (April 6).  I will take a
few quick pics and do a fast electrical check tomorrow also on all
three.  They will get serial numbers 1, 2 and 3.  I will coordinate
with Eric on who the boards get shipped to for the alpha testing.
