[hpsdr] [ATLAS] Another Altlas picture - Cirrus Samples

I was unable to get samples from Cirrus for the CS5381 - filled out their 
sample request web form and never heard anything back from them.  The chips 
we're using in the bakeoff were all purchased from DigiKey.
