[hpsdr] Welcome back comcast subscribers - I hope

If all goes well, our comcast.net subscribers should be receiving this
list traffic.  As many of you know, comcast has blocked HPSDR list
traffic for some days now, apparently took it off a short time, but
latest check it was on again.

We're doing an "end run" around their block -- I hope.  If this does not
work, nothing more I can do!

Sorry the rest of the list must suffer through this extra traffic.
Consider it a substitute "ping" from Eric ;-)
