[hpsdr] Cyclone II with Nios core for SDR - Correction

Hi Lyle

That was the impression I had, but when  I asked the question on the 
Micrium web page that comes up when you ask about pricing, the local 
(Australian) distributer who called back was quite contemptuous of the 
idea. I've only just stumbled on the uC/OS-II licensing page, which is a 
bit ambiguous when it refers to accredited educational institutions then 
refers merely to educational use. I'll try the mailto link there.

If it's no cost for non-commercial use then I don't understand why 
Altera removed it from the Nios II Embedded Design Suite version that 
comes with the Cyclone II Starter Kit.
