Hi All, I see the U13- 3.3 volt regulator is powered from the 5 volt regulator which will save heat but are there any issues with latch up having the 5 volts come up before the 3.3 volt rail. I've seen latch up problems when an LSI IC output driver section comes up ahead of the core voltage.  Frank WA1GFZ
