> Hi All, I see the U13- 3.3 volt regulator is powered from the 5 volt regulator which will save heat but are there any issues with latch up having the 5 volts come up before the 3.3 volt rail. I've seen latch up problems when an LSI IC output driver section comes up ahead of the core voltage.  Frank WA1GFZ

The 3.3V regulator is driven from the 5V bus.  the local 5V is regulated 
from the 12V bus.

The digital logic all runs on 3.3V.  Only analog circuitry uses +5, -5 
and/or +10V.
