[hpsdr] Hot Plate Woes

I guess I'm just to chicken to try and use the hot plate with these
expensive multi legged parts we are using these days. Frying these parts is
not something one wants to do, to me paranoia is the better part of valor.
I'll either hand solder them or perfect another method I'm comfortable with.
 
If I have any luck with the oven and reflow controller I will report back to
the group.
