[hpsdr] Another Janus Lives!!

With a little help from Phil H in debugging and finding a bad solder joint, 
I'm thrilled to say that I've got my Janus going.  Had completed assembly 
on Tuesday, but had a horrible noise floor on it   With Phil's help tracked 
down a bad solder joint and low and behold it's working the same in North 
America as it did down under.   Very nice work Phil and Lyle -- great to 
see this go from dead bug wires everywhere prototype to a nicely laid out 
board.

Onward -- Ozy and Atlas next.
