[hpsdr] Code::Blocks and SDCC for OZY firmware

Which versions of SDCC and Code::Blocks are you using? What are you
using for the FX2 header files?

Hi all,

Is there any objection to me using Code::Blocks as an IDE for SDCC
firmware development on OZY?

SDCC is the open source Small Device C Complier used to develop the
firmware for the Cypress Cy7C68013A (FX2) USB microcontroller on the
OZY board.
