[hpsdr] Proposal for a 'low-end' RX/TX board for HPSDR

I would be interested in this - I have a design for the AD9951 drafted
in Kicad, though I havent assembled the board.
Also have a PLCC version Atmel ATMega8535 which I have (nearly) got working
Could post these fragments if people want
I would use something like the FST3253 as a mixer with dual op amps into
the I/Q part
Maybe to go on the proto board?
(BTW I havent been overwhelmed by the requests for Proteus :) )
It gives a fairly complete but simple system
