[hpsdr] The laggard catches up ... Ozy's alive

I actually ordered this scope 5-6 weeks back - was supposed to be here in 
time for Ozy ... the bargainmicroscopes.com folks tell me they're stuff is 
stuck in customs.  Do hope it shows up someday soon -- hoping Ozy is the 
last  0.5mm spacing I do w/o a scope.
