[hpsdr] [DOC] Updates on Atlas and Janus Part #1

Hi group,
just updated the Atlas documentation (just added the preliminary logo to the cover page).

updated the Janus part #1 documentation.

Since www.hamsdr.com denies access to upload the files I have put them on my website. Does 
anybody know if there have been changes to hamsdr.com????

With these links nobody should have any problems to download the files.
