[hpsdr] Xilinx Coregen DDS

Some say you can't make the cake and eat it too, but sometimes you 
are not even allowed in the kitchen. To make the software tick real 
well I bet you will need all sorts of internal details to the FPGA's 
that Xilinx and Altera will not reveal to any of us.
