[hpsdr] Next batch of Atlas boards?

Hi Don!

The HTTP://www.hamsdr.com/   Projects>TAPR-HPSDR 'order page' has been
changed to an 'expression of intrest' page, and includes 2nd round Atlas
requests, along with Janus, Pinocchio, Ozy 'orders'.... The resulting
'expression of interest' will do several valuable things:

1. It will give TAPR-SDR some 'handle' on Quantities to order, since this
will be a 'batched' process for all boards.

2. It will inform you via direct e-mail when boards are available, Pricing,
type of board etc. Those 'orders' created from the 'expression of interest'
will be filled first.
