[hpsdr] Atlas Production Team

Looks like the Atlas is nearing design completion. Anyone out there want to
take the ball and run on production of a board? I know Phil_C has had boards
done before, just by looking at his blog shows that. However, if we have
lurkers who have experience in producing circuit boards, it would allow Phil
to get to the Mercury without having to worry about it. Also anyone have any
suggestions about how we get from "Point A to Point B"? "Point B" being an
Atlas in every shack?
