[hpsdr] Starting BOM already

Horst could you research and put together a BOM from the EU? I am hoping we
see Ahti show up here at some point as his current commitment gives him some
time to jump in (smile). I'm sure more in the EU will become involved!

Eric,

I've left out the alternate power connector since I already have a
picePSU-120 and left out the headers in favor of the DIN connectors. The
only other thing I can think of that I still need to work out is the
load resister for the ATX supply. From earlier comments around here, I'm
not sure if the picoPSU-120 needs it or if every ATX supply needs one.
If anyone knows for sure, let me know. Otherwise, everything is
available for immediate delivery. And folks should remember that this is
an example board population; your wants may vary.
