[hpsdr] Costs - Atlas

Are the '+' and '-' of the voltage markings by the LEDs the polarity
markings for the diodes? If not, such marks would be appreciated. And
just for my own information, which pad of the tantalum markings is +?

Hi Eric, group,

Looks like we will be up to at least 50.

Would anyone like to make a final request for any additional
silkscreened text to be placed on the Atlas?
