I'd rather stick to my original plan, it'll make things much simpler. Also, 
I don't fancy debugging a board with everything on it from scratch, it'll be 
a nightmare. Besides, there will be a market for the board as a 
general-purpose FPGA board, offsetting the costs of the final version.
