Yes, that was me, I confirm it is an issue.

I'm of the view that we should go straight to the Lionheart board and not do
a beta first. Whilst a beta may be useful as a  GP FPGA board,  not fitting
componets would be an option if this is what is necessary.  I don't really
see what part of the design is that high risk that would prevent this.

Based on the work that we have done to date with the Xylo,  the changes I
would make would be to add  PTT, dot and dash inputs on the board edge
rather than bringing them onto the board via the Atlas bus.
