Doing a quick count of probable I/O pins needed, I think the proposed 
144 pin package may not be adequate (89 I/O pins).  The 208 pin version 
may be required (142 I/O pins).

This is just from a quick look.  It may be that the 144 pin package is 
entirely adequate.
