[hpsdr] Reference Clock

Hi All,
  May I suggest the reference come into the system through a standard RF connector like an SMA. This way us cheap guys with a good reference can press their own into service. Also the clock could be applied form an internal reference board with a coax jumper. Some guys don't need to be locked to GPS and some can't live without it. 
  The coax interface takes care of each end of the spectrum.
