[hpsdr] Part Numbers for DIN-41612 connectors

Gang,

What part numbers for the DIN-41612 have been decided on?  I see on Janus,
Lyle has AMP 650473-5 (Mouser P/N 571-6504735).

It would be good to get these part numbers (both receptical on Atlus, and
connector on plug in cards).

It would be good to have a description of the basic card, size, connectors,
serial eeproms for id, etc. in a easy to find place on the Wiki.  I
volunteer to make the drawings.
