[hpsdr] SDR Linux User Group TeamSpeak Meeting on Saturday, May 27 at 1300Z

Hello Everyone,

We will have a SDRLUG meeting on May 27 at 1300Z on TeamSpeak.  

AB2KT and N4HY are doing the final spit polish and fingerprint removal on DttSP for Linux.  The ubuntu 6.06 "Dapper Drake" Release Candidate 1 was put into the public domain today and the final release is scheduled for next Thursday.  It is an exciting time for Linux and Software Defined Radio.

Ken, N9VV, and I have been talking about a weekly Wednesday night session on TeamSpeak to focus on aiding those that are just starting with ubuntu.  Please let us know if you are interested in learning or helping.

If anyone is interested in talking about what went on in Dayton, there will most likely be a few Hamvention attendees in the group.
