[hpsdr] DIN41612 plug footprint

Further to my previous posting about these, here is a good document which 
has the recommended footprints:

On page 8 it shows clearly that the mounting holes are 88.90 mm apart, and 
on page 9 that the sockets have them 90.00 mm apart.
