X17C1 (pin A19) may be a reasonable choice.  Call it "nRST" and note 
that it is open collector and is pulled to +3V3.  This allows other 
units to either get reset by Ozy, or to stretch the reset to Ozy until 
their local power supply/reset system is stable.
